What is CIP?
Capital Improvements Projects (CIP) are designated improvements to the Lincoln City Golf Courses identified within the CIP 10 Year Plan (updated 2023). Important updates to our courses include but are not limited to the repair of cart paths and tee boxes, replacement of irrigation and other mechanical structures, and improving the greens and landscaping to gradually improve our public courses.
Where do the funds for CIP projects come from?
Surcharge fees are the added charges that are included in the price of golf at a Lincoln City Golf Course. (A total of $2.50 to the price of 18 holes and $1.25 to the price of 9 holes.)
The Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) charge adds $1.50 will be added to all 18 hole green fees and $.75 to all 9 hole green fees.
Pioneers Irrigation Surcharge Fee: $.50 will be added to all 9 hole green fees at the four 18 hole golf courses. $1.00 will be added to all 18 hole green fees at the four 18 hole golf courses. This fee contributes to the payment of the 10-year bond for the new Pioneers Irrigation system.
