Welcome to the 12th annual Monday Night League at Highlands Golf Course. Our main goal for this league is for you to have fun and enjoy your Monday nights. Our staff will work hard to make this an enjoyable league.

Rules & Guidelines

Format: MATCH-PLAY, 2-Man Scramble for league play. Tees for league play will be determined after the completion of the pre-season tournament. If your team only has one player, that player may hit two shots until they are inside 100 yards, then one shot from there on.

Divisions: There will be four divisions with 8 teams in each division for 32 teams. Divisions will be based on your two week pre-season tournament score ending May 4th. The top 8 teams will be in division A, next 8 in division B, and the next 8 in division C and the last 8 in division D.

Team Scoring: Points will be awarded as follows: 2 for a win, 1 for a tie and 0 for a lost. Top four teams in each division will be awarded certificates for each ½ of the league. Any ties for any places, all money will be split. Results will be posted on the website as well as any updates on your teams standing and all other information. Handicaps will be based on scoring averages with a maximum of 3 strokes given in each division. Example. If Team A has a scoring average of 37 and Team B has a scoring average of 42, Team A will give Team B 3 shots not 5 shots.

Certificates: All certificates will be put on the books under your team name. It is up to the team captain as how the money will be distributed. When signing a flag prize, use your team name. There will be 8 weekly certificates for flag prizes worth $10 each. Two per division. Flag prizes will be put out during league play only.

Starting Times: Shotgun start every Monday at 5:30 starting May 6th. (5:00 Apr.24 & May 1.)

Check-In Procedure: Due to the number of players from this league and other leagues, we ask that you pay your green fees & cart fees at the TURN. Check in by your league name. We encourage you to ride, but it’s not required. If you are riding, we will stage carts along the northwest side of clubhouse with keys, scorecards & starting holes.
